Scheduling runs through our patient portal, which is where your chart, your forms and your lab results live. It opens in the same window and you can come straight back here afterwards.

Pick the consult and a time that works. It takes about two minutes and you will have a confirmation before you close the tab.
Fill in the history
[Placeholder, Holli review] Forms arrive in your patient portal right after booking. Medications, past labs, anything relevant. Do it before you come in and the visit stays about you rather than about paperwork.
Come in fasted, in the morning
[Placeholder, Holli review] We draw blood at the consult and testosterone has to be measured early. Water is fine. Bring any lab work you have had done elsewhere in the last year.
Twenty-four hours notice and there is no charge. Inside that window we bill half the visit, because the hour was held for you and cannot be filled that late. Tell us you are sick and we will move it, no charge, every time.
